How it Works:

When you have made the decision to work with Beatnik & Mod, call or email us your estimate number and we will get things started for you!


You approve the estimate & material selections, then a deposit invoice will be submitted to you. This deposit is utilized to secure the installer for his or her next available date and to secure all materials required for your project. 


Once your deposit is made, the products are ordered and ETA’s are established. We do not book install dates until we have availability information available to us, no promise is made that we can’t do our absolute best to keep.


When you receive an install date from us, we promise to maintain this schedule to be the best of our ability, however, rare unforeseen circumstances can occur and we ask for respect and understanding in these cases. We offer a 2-year warranty on our labor and work closely with our manufacturers should their warranties be required as well.


When you’re project is finished, you will receive a short survey from us and we encourage all feedback, this helps us ensure that we are doing our best each and every day. Your opinion matters, and we appreciate you.
